Day 1 with John Brokken was incredibly insightful. It's one thing to read Traction, but I would now argue that it's almost critical to have someone facilitate its implementation. As a two person family-founded business, we would never have accomplished the clarity that John brought. We now have an anchor framework to constantly refer to as we grow, and can precisely pinpoint accountability in all areas of the business. This one day alone I can see will have a pivotal impact on Zaca.
